These terms govern your use of Stayhaven and the reservation of any property offered through our platform. By making a booking, you accept these terms in full.

Bookings and payment

All bookings are subject to availability. Payment is taken in full at reservation unless otherwise stated. All rates are shown in your selected currency and inclusive of applicable taxes.

Cancellation

Each property carries a flexible, moderate, or strict cancellation policy. The applicable policy is shown at checkout and repeated in your confirmation email.

Guest conduct

You agree to respect the property, its neighbours, and the house rules. Parties, events, and unregistered guests are not permitted.

Liability

Stayhaven acts as agent between guests and property owners. Our liability is limited to the reservation value, save where local consumer law provides otherwise.
